EXCHANGES:
Jewels by B policy stays valid for 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer -- reach out to us through email or instagram if you qualify for an exchange.
Order Cancellations are not accepted in any case; order will be fulfilled upon the placement of your order.
Refunds:
Jewels by B not provide refunds of any sort. Exchanges are honored only if an exchange meets the above guidelines.
Shipping:
Jewels by B is not responsible for any missing or lost packages once your package is out of our hands. It is strongly suggested to keep track of your order with the tracking number that is provided to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any cases.
Jewelry Aftercare:
It is NOT recommended for any jewelry of any material to be worn into pools, waters, salt water, of any type. Although it can be cleaned it is still harmful to the pieces.
We recommend avoiding contact with soaps, lotions and perfumes and taking your jewelry off when washing hands as these products contain strong chemicals that can remove the shine of jewelry overtime. It is not recommended to wear your jewelry while working out as excruciating temperatures can damage to pieces.
The best way to clean gold plated jewelry is with a soft cloth made of cotton or fine fibers. Make sure the cloth is dry and very gently scrub your jewelry.
Damaged Products:
In the case where your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email or instagram within 3 days of receiving your order. *Please provide an image of the damaged item(s), order number, first and last name, phone number. We will reach out to you within 72 hours in regards to your concerns.
